Ni-Lo 5 / PL4 HDPE vacuum chuck cover

This product fits both Ni-Lo 4 and Ni-Lo 5 models.

This HDPE vacuum chuck fits over the existing aluminum vacuum chuck for samples that are influenced thermally by the metal chuck. It has been shown for certain samples, that chuck marks can appear in films due to cooling from the metal (http://www.coatings.rutgers.edu/ChuckMks.htm). This HDPE cover fits over the existing chuck to minimize this effect.
