Ni-Lo X2LL 380 mm Dip Coater (0.1-500 mm/min)

The Ni-Lo X2LL Dip Coater is a longer travel length option of our Ni-Lo X2SL low-cost full function dip coater. Standing 580 mm tall, it can take samples from 30 mm to 350 mm (for full length dipping). Customs sizes are available if needed (extra cost and lead time increase applies). Easy to use software allows you to save and modify up to 8 different programs, with the following programmable parameters:

• Speed of dipping (0.1 - 500 mm/min)
• Speed of sample removal (0.1-500 mm/min)
• Number of dips (1-100)
• Hold time (in liquid and out of liquid) 1-9999 seconds
• Maximum travel length is 380 mm
• Maximum sample weight - 500g (may need to customise holder/affix dip coater to a surface depending on sample)

Simply set the upper position (where the sample is clear from your solution), the lower position (changes depending upon how much sample you wish to submerge), the hold time for the upper position (seconds), the hold time for the lower position (seconds), the number of dips, the speed down (in micrometers/second) and the speed up (in micrometers/second). Upon pressing start, the arm will move from the top of the unit, down to the upper position. It will then dip the sample between the upper and lower position for the number of dips you require at the speeds that you set (waiting for the hold time between inserting and removing the sample). Upon completion of the dips, the arm will return to the top of the unit once more.
